Lemon also increases your iron absorption which helps with anaemia.
Garlic: Packed into the tiny cloves of garlic are large amounts of nutritional value. Manganese, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Selenium and Fiber are all present . Helping defend against illnesses such as the common cold, as well as reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
