We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 30 days.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases from WEDOYOGA. If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund (minus original delivery costs).   

Our returns policy is as follows:

- Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached.

- Proof of payment must accompany the return

- All garments are subject to inspection

-Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

*Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery. In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

- If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

- Socks are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (sports bras and bra tops are).

- Water Bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

- When trying on clothing please avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.

- Yoga mats: Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat before purchasing, because for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mats that have been unrolled, or if the wrapping or seal around the mat have been removed.

- You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items. WEDOYOGA reserves the right to refuse returns on items which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging. Returns that are received and deemed to be in an unsellable condition, will be rejected and returned to you.

1. Email explaining the reason for your return and specify if you are wanting an exchange or refund. 

2. You will be emailed a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form, please fill out the form and return inside the packaging. 

3. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above.

4.Send the item back to us to the address on the RMA form.

Be sure to use your RMA number to ensure your return is received by WEDOYOGA.  We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Expenses associated with original delivery postage will not be refunded on any returned items.

Once your package is received by WEDOYOGA your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

*Please note WEDOYOGA does not offer free International returns or exchanges.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund or charged to your original method of payment if exchange requested.

*Please DO NOT send your purchased items back to the manufacturer.

If you would like to return an item for exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by WEDOYOGA.  Any packages sent must have a valid international tracking number and shipping fees will need to be authorized before your exchange item can be sent out. 

WEDOYOGA cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

For EU or international orders, we are not able to refund any duty charges.

NOTE: From the point at which your returned item is received in our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for the garment to be inspected and the return to be processed. If required, any exchanges will then be dispatched via normal shipping methods.

Once we receive your return at WEDOYGOA, it will take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution. 

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

*Please note if you received the Free Shipping Promotion, if you return any items and the final order is less than the Free Shipping promotion you will be reduced the shipping fee of £4.95 from your payment. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items (as well as event and festival sales) or giftcards cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

*All sale items and event items are final sale. 

Items from different orders must be packaged separately.

If you want to return items from different orders, please send them as separate packages. This makes it easier for us to process your return and means you’ll get your refund faster.

Items bought at our WEDOYOGA shop can be returned to WEDOYOGA within 30 days of purchased.

Items purchased online and paid withdebit/credit card or PayPal can also be returned in store.

Items paid with Klarna cannot be processed in our stores - please follow the online returns steps above.

Please bring your store receipt/online returns form and your original payment method so we can process your refund.

Yes! You can exchange items purchased online and in-store to our shop or online, with proof of purchase.

We’re not able to offer exchanges outside of a store. If you’d like to send your items to us, please follow the returns procedure to get a refund on your original item, and create a separate order for your new item.

Items returned without a receipt (including gifts) will be eligible for store credit only.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as the order number (if purchased online) or the customer receipt (if purchased in-store).

You can make an exchange in-store.

After the 30 day returns period, your items will be eligible for store credit only.

We do not currently offer gift receipts for online purchases.
