OUR PILATES + BARRE CLASSES

Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility, along with a focus on the mind-body connection. If you want to help your bod gget stronger, powerful and a bit more bendy , join our collection of Pilates + Barre teachers on the mat!

Our studio is set to a normal temperature, no mirrors and lit by candlelight or soft lighting, so you can spend time working inwardly with your own body and how it feels without distraction. Classes are typically set to music. The playlist will vary depending on the type and intensity of the class. 

Below is a list of classes we offer regularly, but we also have guest teachers and workshops featured from time-to-time so please see our weekly schedule and drop us a line if you have any questions. 

OUR SIGNATURE CLASSES

BARRE
45 - 60 MINUTES

Our Barre class combines elements of Pilates, conditioning ballet and cardio into a highly effective fun class on your mat! No dance experience required.

Looking for a full body workout? Our Barre classes are the answer! Throughout this class you will work to help lift the butt, tone the thighs, flatten the abs + sculpt the arms whilst protecting the joints. Barre also helps improve posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works more efficiently.

PILATES
45 - 60 MINUTES

This is an open level mat class which will awaken muscles you had no idea where there! Pilates was created to have a focus on the mechanics of the body. This is a great compliment to your WEDOYOGA classes as it still focuses on strength but is completely guided by your instructor and has particular focus on core muscle groups and resistance techniques to build muscle tone.

PILATES SCULPT
45 MINUTES

Not just your average pilates class, Pilates Sculpt is a mat class that is fully focused on your power house - the core which makes it a great compliment to your yoga classes. It is an intense workout that takes you through powerful body conditioning exercises with the use of props and without. It will stimulate your cardiovascular system, improve muscle strength and endurance while developing core control and muscle tone. It is suitable for all levels with modifications given to suit each individual need.
