Our studio is set to a normal temperature, no mirrors and lit by candlelight or soft lighting, so you can spend time working inwardly with your own body and how it feels without distraction. Classes are typically set to music. The playlist will vary depending on the type and intensity of the class.

Our Sculpt & Tone class is a celebration of movement, welcoming individuals of all fitness levels to explore the incredible potential of their bodies.This class is filled with energy and positivity, where vibes speak louder than words. Our experienced instructors guide you through a series of engaging exercises, focusing on strengthening and toning your legs, lifting your bums, and defining those tums.

The class kicks off with a lively warm-up, setting the stage for a full-body workout that challenges and empowers you. Feel the burn as you work through targeted exercises, and revel in the sense of accomplishment with a cool-down that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. Our Barre class combines elements of Pilates, conditioning ballet and cardio into a highly effective fun class on your mat! No dance experience required. Looking for a full body workout? Our Barre classes are the answer! Throughout this class you will work to help lift the butt, tone the thighs, flatten the abs + sculpt the arms whilst protecting the joints. Barre also helps improve posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works more efficiently.


Our Barre Fusion is a high energy class moving to the beat of the music. Barre Fusion takes the basic foundations of Pilates and Ballet inspired moves, with elements of Yoga + Bodyweight Strength Training. The difference between Barre and Barre Fusion is that in Barre Fusion the exercises have been adapted to perform in the centre of your mat either standing or on the floor. The class is away from the barre throughout the whole class challenging the core for extra balance. 


This is an open level mat class which will awaken muscles you had no idea where there! Pilates was created to have a focus on the mechanics of the body. This is a great compliment to your WEDOYOGA classes as it still focuses on strength but is completely guided by your instructor and has particular focus on core muscle groups and resistance techniques to build muscle tone.
