When will I receive my order?
WEDOYOGA is in operation from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and we begin the processing of your order from the moment it’s completed. Usually, it’s about 24hrs before the order leaves our warehouse, but it can take longer when we’ve have sales on, in which case it may take up to 72hrs. All orders completed before 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
After placing my order can I edit or add to it?
Unfortunately we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been made, but you can make another order and we’ll just refund the shipping on the original order and post them both out together. Need further help? Just email email@example.com and we’ll help you out.
Can my order be cancelled or changed?
Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and all orders cancelled before processing will be refunded. If your order has already been processed, we’re unable to cancel it and you’ll have to return it back to us, but we can always refund you once this has been done. If there’s an error in your delivery details, email us right away.
Can I call you to place an order?
Unfortunately we’re unable to take phone orders right now. All orders must be made on www.wedoyoga.co.uk.
Do I need an account to shop?
Definitely not - you’re always able to shop with WEDOYOGA without an account. By having one though, you’ll be able to track your orders, review past orders, and yoga teachers will be able to get their discount. Just make sure you’re logged in - WEDOYOGA cannot accept responsibility for orders made without being logged in.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking details (if available). Any issues with this, just email us at email@example.com and we’ll help you out. Just make sure to allow 2-5 working days for standard and free options, and 2 working days for next working day before you contact us. Sometimes, if your order is too big for your letterbox, it might be held at your local Royal Mail sorting office - check with them first.
What are your delivery options?
UK Delivery Options
All mainland UK orders are eligible for:
- Standard shipping (2-3 working days) £4.95 (or free if spending over £100)
All deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking confirmation e-mail when your order is dispatched.
International Delivery Options
We offer shipping options to almost every country on the globe. We work with Royal Mail to offer super fast and secure delivery options to almost anywhere! The prices are:
- Europe from £9.95
- U.S.A from £14.95
- Asia/Australasia from £19.95
WEDOYOGA is based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Orders made from within the EU will always be free of import taxes/duties, but orders from outside of the EU may incur these charges. Costs of these charges will be dependant upon the country where the order was made. For queries regarding cost, please contact your local customs office.
What payments are accepted?
All major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal payments are accepted at WEDOYOGA.
In order to use PayPal do I need to have a PayPal account?
You don’t need an account to place an order. All orders paid with American Express need to select pay with PayPal and follow the stages from there.
My discount code isn’t working! Can you help?
Make sure you’re putting the code into the correct box first. There’re two boxes: one for gift vouchers, and one for discount codes. If you’re sure you’re putting the code into the correct box, make sure the code isn’t expired and you’re not purchasing a gift card. Discount codes are valid for anything else in our shop, but if you try to use it against a gift card, it simply won’t work. Can I use two discount codes on one order?
Unfortunately you are only able to use one discount per order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be able to buy with confidence from us, so if you buy something and you’re not totally happy with it, for whatever reason, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs). Just make sure that you process your return request within 14 days of placing your order and that the item is returned to us unused and in the same condition it was sent to you with all tags/labels and packaging (if appropriate) attached. The returned items must come back in a suitable condition for resale, so no marks from deodorant/foundation/lipstick, or pet hair etc.
Please note that we do not offer free returns from outside the UK, and strongly recommend that if you return items from outside the UK that you send it with tracked delivery.
How to return and exchange - within the UK
1. Email email@example.com explaining the reason for your return and specify whether you are wanting an exchange or refund.
2. You will be emailed a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) form, please fill out the form and return inside the packaging.
3. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above.
4. Send the item back to us - the address is on the RMA form.
Be sure to use your RMA number to ensure your return is received by WEDOYOGA. We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. Expenses associated with original delivery postage will not be refunded on any returned items. Once your package is received by WEDOYOGA your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you would like an exchange, the postage back to you via registered post is free.
How to return and exchange - outside of the UK
Please note that WEDOYOGA doesn’t offer free international returns or exchanges. If you require a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, and if you require an exchange, the shipping will be charged to your original payment method. Note: please don’t return any items back to manufacturer.
If you would like to return an item for exchange, the shipping costs are not covered by WEDOYOGA, but payment for shipping is required before the exchange can be send. All returned packages must have an international tracking number, and it must be stated on the packaging that the product is for exchange, to avoid further charges.
The process of exchanging from outside of the UK should take between 5-7 working days.
You sent me the wrong product! What can I do?
Sometimes we make mistakes, but we’ll help make it right as soon as we can. Please let us know the product isn’t what you ordered as soon as you become aware of it at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a picture of the incorrect item along with the barcode that came with it (often on the bag that contained it. We can then arrange collection and get the right items sent out to you.
What if my product is damaged?
Get in touch as soon as you notice any damage by emailing email@example.com. Although we check each and every item before sending, we recognise that some issues may still slip through. As soon as we receive your email we’ll be sure to help make this right.
How do I get a refund?
Begin by returning your items back to us. As soon as we receive your items, we’ll process the refund, but please note this process may take up to 14 working days. Refunds are paid back into the PayPal account or onto the card which made the original payment. Shipping charges will not be included in refunds.
Can I get a refund on sale items?
Sorry folks, all of our sale items (as well as event and festival sales) are final sales and cannot be refunded.
What is a partial refund?
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Can I visit you in a physical shop?
Sorry folks, WEDOYOGA is currently 100% online. But our returns policy is super flexible and we can always help you with advice or product information - just shoot an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do occasionally pop up at yoga events so make sure to look out for us!
Can you sponsor a challenge I’m running on Instagram?
This depends on your number of followers, and whether we feel we’re a match. Send an email to us at email@example.com and we’ll look into your request for you.
Do you offer discounts for yoga teachers?
Yes, we do! Please email a copy of your teaching certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a discount code.
Not a teacher? Don’t worry! We also run exclusive promotions and give you amazing offers when you sign up to the WEDOYOGA mailing list! We also throw some flash discounts onto our Facebook and Twitter pages, too - make sure to follow us to spot them!
Do you have an ambassador program?
Yes, we do! We have two different types of ambassadors: The Wellness Ambassadors and The Pro Ambassadors. We look for people who share our passion for yoga and nature, giving back and spreading love.

Do you offer wholesale purchases?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any of our brands on a wholesale basis.
Can you help me with sizing?
Every product has it’s own sizing dimensions - just look at the ‘specs’ tab on the product page or check out our size guide for more help. Any further assistance, and we’re right at the end of email@example.com.
If a product is out of stock, can I still order it?
Unfortunately, we can’t send you something we don’t actually have in our warehouse. Make sure to opt in on the product page to the alerts though, then you’ll know when this product is back in stock.
Can I filter by size?
Because we sell different brands with different takes on sizing, it makes it really hard to filter by particular sizing. Bear with us here - this is something we’re working on.
Your sale just ended but there’s a product I really wanted - can you give me it at the sale price?
Unfortunately, after a sale has ended we can no longer provide products at that price.
