- Please be aware that any noise made in the stairway and outside of the yoga room may interrupt a student’s practice. We ask that you be respectful and keep noise to a minimum in these areas.

New students should arrive 15-20 minutes before their first class to fill in a health questionnaire and get a short tour of the facilities as well as answer any questions you may have.

We like all our students to benefit for the full duration of class and therefore we lock the door at the beginning of class and start on time. We ask that you arrive in good time before the class starts so that you can check-in at the front desk and have a moment to settle the mind before class begins.

The yoga room opens 5 minutes before class starts.

We don't have customer parking at our studio however there is street parking on Leys Avenue outside our studio.

1 Hour Free Parking is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm on Leys Aveune. Spots are limited so be sure to leave enough time to find somewhere to leave your car. Free unlimited parking after these hours and on Sundays.

About Our Classes

Yes, classes are open to all who would like to attend, but please be aware that they vary in intensity. Some of our classes will challenge your strength as we move dynamically and hold poses to build tone and focus the mind. You can check out the class description to see if it’s suitable for your needs. Our instructors will show you modifications and make adjustments when possible. As always, remember to practice within your own body and know your limitations. We believe yoga is about your own personal journey so do what is comfortable for you.

We love beginners! Every person that shows up to class is on a journey and we’ve all started somewhere so welcome to the family.

All of our classes are open to everyone so feel free to check any of them out. If you’re completely new to yoga, you might want to try one of our Flow + Restore or our Gentle Yoga Flow class for a nice low-key introduction to the practice.

This is a style of yoga that links breath to movement and follows a set of postures created by the instructor. The set will vary depending on the theme of the class, the time of day, or the anatomical focus. Vinyasa Flow can be fast-paced or slow, but is always a more free-form expression of yoga where standing and seated postures can happen throughout the practice.

Flow + Restore, Restorative, Yin Yoga and Mindful Sound Meditation classes will help you get your ‘OM’ on. We also love our restorative workshops so check the workshop calendar or check-in with the studio to find out what is coming up.

This is entirely dependent on the teacher and his/her knowledge of pregnancy yoga. We would request that anyone who is expecting to speak to their teacher in advance of signing up for the class. If you have never tried yoga before then we would recommend a class specified for prenatal students.

You must have clearance from your doctor or general practitioner before coming to one of our classes. Once you have this, let your teacher know at the beginning of class about your injury and what has been advised. We will suggest modifications or omitting certain positions depending on your injury. Please make sure to update a member of staff at reception on any injuries, so your MindBody account can be updated.

We appreciate your support with this matter and will keep you informed of any changes at the studio. As always if you have any questions and would like to speak with one of our team members then don't hesitate to email us: hello@wedoyoga.co.uk
