All orders are despatched within one-three working day from receipt of your order. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before payment is collected during the ordering process.
Please note times specified exclude weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.
All orders being delivered within mainland U.K. will be sent standard post, 3-5 Business Days for a flat fee of £4.95.
Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process and send it.
As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.
For Express deliveries you will also be offered additional tracking options via text and e-mail.

We will send you an email notification to inform you when your items are ready to collect. We'll hold your order for 4 weeks and after that we'll return it and refund you. Please check our opening times.
WEDOYOGA's Click and Collect service allows you to collect your items free of charge. This service is available for all products and from all WEDOYOGA.
We ship to over 220 countries, including:
UK: United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
USA & Rest of the World: United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan and many more.
We ship to almost every country on the planet, but if your country is not listed at checkout please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can almost always arrange for delivery. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation at this time.

How do customs and import charges work?
For any countries outside of the UK, all relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
For imports, duties are not applied below ‘de minimis’ values.
For some countries these ‘de minimis’ duty thresholds are adequately high that no duties will apply to most order sizes, such as in the USA where it is $800. Other examples of high de minimis countries are below.
For any other countries, please check with your respective customs authority.
There are a variety of shipping options to most global destinations. We have teamed up with Royal Mail to offer this option to our customers.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders will be tracked and require signature to accept delivery. Someone must be available to accept/sign for items at the time of delivery. Tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation. Delivery times are based on business days and deliveries to major cities. Deliveries to remote areas outside major cities may take longer to deliver.
Shipping fees are in addition to your purchase and will be included in the total charge processed to your credit card or PayPal account.
If your shipment has not been received within the allotted timeframe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if there is anything we can do to assist you, however we are cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods occurring during transit.
To insure accurate and timely delivery be sure to provide the complete correct address and postcode!
WEDOYOGA is not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete delivery address. The information that you enter at checkout is used to create the shipping label. Check your order confirmation e-mail and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information. Unfortunately once the item is dispatched changes cannot be made.
NOTE: If your delivery is being sent to a Business, be sure to include the Business name and Suite # if applicable.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to not receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us, or you may return this to us once received.
If you place an order for an item available to Pre Order, the product page will advise of an estimated time for delivery. Once we receive the item(s) into our shop, your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders will be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout at time of order.
If, we experience any stock issues from our suppliers, our customer service team will inform you as quickly as possible so that a refund or exchange can be processed.
If you received the Free Shipping Promotion and decided to return any items and the final order is less than the Free Shipping promotion you will be reduced the shipping fee of £4.95 from your payment.
Our delivery companies are all operating as usual and are now offering non-contact delivery options for those self-isolating. There are, however, some be restrictions in place in some European countries such as Italy and Spain.
