Bye Bye Miss Yogi Pie is blended with:
- Frozen Berries

- Vegan Strawberry/Vanilla Protein powder
Strawberry: They're an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control.
Banana: Bananas are high in potassium which maintains fluid levels in the body, regulates the movement of nutrients and water in and out of cells, and aids in the contraction of muscles. They are also a slow-release energy food, making them incredibly filling, despite the low calorie content. Bananas have been proven to assist with preventing + restoring memory loss, controling blood pressure and reducing the risk of a heart attack or stroke. This super-fruit can even boost your mood!
Peanut Butter: If you choose your peanut butter right (which we do), it is relatively unprocessed - just nuts blended into a paste. Peanut butter is a great protein source aiding in the production of energy and the building of muscles. It is low in carbs (great for those on a low carb diet or with type 2 diabetes) whilst still being high in healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Flax: Flax seeds are small oil seeds that contain omega-3 fats, fiber, and other plant compounds. They help to improve digestion and reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.
Dates: Dates are particularly rich in vitamins A, B6, and K. Those vitamins promote bone growth and improve eye health. Additionally, dates contain calcium, iron, potassium, protein, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and sulfur, enhancing overall body function. For example, they may support a healthy pregnancy and regulate cholesterol levels.
Vegan Strawberry/Vanilla Protein Powder: Protein is an essential macronutrient. It builds muscles, repairs tissues and aids in production of enzymes and hormones. Using protein powder may assist with weight loss as well as building, toning and maintaining muscle. Our protein powders are plant based so perfect for Vegans too!
