Carina MacSweeney
Carina has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and brings a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing to her work. Alongside yoga, she offers Reiki, facilitates cacao circles, and has trained as a Death Doula, creating supportive spaces for reflection and connection. A proud neurospicy mum of two, she is known for her honesty, warmth, and love of a good matcha.

Sorrel Drake
Sorrel has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and is a Senior Yoga Teacher with more than 4,000 hours of training and teaching experience. Her work is deeply inspired by women's wellbeing, the seasons, the elements, and the natural rhythms of life. She creates thoughtful practices that encourage connection, reflection, and self-discovery.

Lucy is a yoga teacher, proud mum of two, loving nannie, and Co-Director of a successful fencing and landscaping company. She brings warmth, authenticity, and uplifting energy to every class she teaches.

Su is the founder of One Dragonfly Studio and is passionate about bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and community. Through yoga, Pilates, and wellbeing practices, she helps people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected. Her warm and encouraging teaching style makes everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Georgie Fenwick-Morris
Georgie brings over 15 years of experience supporting health and wellbeing through movement and yoga. With additional specialist training in MenoYoga, she is passionate about helping women feel supported, empowered, and informed during every stage of life. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive, and designed to help students move with confidence.

Helen Coley
Helen believes yoga is about connection, community, and finding moments of calm within everyday life. A former English teacher, she combines traditional yoga teachings with warmth, mindfulness, and a love of storytelling. Her classes encourage students to move with awareness while developing strength, confidence, and focus.

Steve is Director of Boxing at Bodhibox and has spent years helping people build confidence, fitness, and technical skill through boxing. He works with everyone from complete beginners to aspiring amateur boxers and believes movement should be accessible to all. His sessions are energetic, supportive, and packed with motivation.

Natalie is a Pilates instructor and owner of Fourm Studio in Hitchin, who loves helping people feel strong, capable, and confident through movement. Ailsa Raw
Ailsa discovered yoga through WEDOYOGA before completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and specialist Children's Yoga qualification. She loves creating welcoming spaces where children and adults can explore movement, mindfulness, and relaxation together. When she's not teaching, you'll often find her gardening, reading, or enjoying a creative hobby.

This year marks a special milestone as she celebrates ten years of teaching yoga at Hitchin Lavender.
