Our 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you do exactly that.
Whether you dream of becoming a yoga teacher or simply want to deepen your understanding of yoga, our 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you grow with confidence.
Hosted at our beautiful boutique studio in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, our weekend training welcomes students from Hitchin, Stevenage, Cambridge, Royston, Baldock, St Albans, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City and North London.
Over seven months you’ll immerse yourself in the practice and philosophy of yoga while developing the knowledge, confidence and teaching skills needed to guide others safely and authentically.
Led by experienced teachers Aminta Gagnon and a team of inspiring guest teachers, this training goes far beyond learning postures. You’ll discover your own unique teaching voice, build lifelong friendships and become part of a supportive community that continues long after graduation.
Hi, I’m Aminta. I founded WEDOYOGA almost a decade ago with one simple goal: to make yoga feel welcoming, accessible and inclusive.
Since then I’ve taught thousands of classes, trained hundreds of students and built a community that continues to grow every year.
Teaching yoga has completely changed my life and I truly believe it can do the same for others.
During this training I’ll be alongside you every step of the way, helping you build confidence, discover your own teaching style and realise that you already have something unique to offer.
There isn’t one perfect yoga teacher. The best teachers are authentic. My goal is to help you become exactly that.
