Expiration Dates + Restrictions
Class passes can only be used for single classes (not as day passes)
5 Class Pass: 2 month expiration from 1st visit or Void 1 year from purchase date
10 Class Pass: 3 month expiration from 1st visit or Void 1 year from purchase date
15 Class Pass: 4 month expiration from 1st visit or Void 1 year from purchase date
Intro Offers & Unlimited Passes: Starts from 1st visit or Void 1 year from purchase date
We ask that you please cancel your class 4 hours before it starts.
Early Cancellations:
You can cancel class bookings up to 4 hours in advance online, on the WEDOYOGA app, in person, or on email. If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account.

Late Cancellations:
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 4 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded. For unlimited pass holders, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of £4 per session. This will be charged to the card that your pass payment is taken from.
Introductory offer is valid for new clients and one per person.
The monthly contract can be cancelled any time and requires 30 days cancellation notice before your next payment. £30 cancellation fee applies within 12 months.
5 Class Pass - 2 month expiration from 1st visit, 10 Class Pass - 3 month expiration from 1st visit and 15 Class Passes - 4 month expiration from 1st visit or void 1 year from purchase date.
Unlimited passes are eligible to be placed on hold as per WEDOYOGA hold policy, please contact our reception desk for further help.
Per class price examples are based on attending 3x per week, but these passes allow you to attend as many times as you like. The more you attend, the cheaper the class.
