Ticket Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all ticket purchases for the WEDOYOGA Wellbeing Day at
Hitchin Lavender.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the nature of the event and limited capacity, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of personal circumstances
• Illness
• Scheduling conflicts

2. Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in a range of weather conditions.

Please come prepared for typical British summer weather.

The event will only be cancelled or significantly altered in the case of extreme or unsafe weather conditions. If this occurs, ticket holders will be contacted with further information.

3. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to:

• The timetable
• Teachers, speakers or instructors
• Event layout or session locations

These changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances and do not qualify for refunds.

4. Participation & Health

By attending the event, you acknowledge that:

• You are participating in physical activity at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing
• You will follow guidance from teachers and event staff

If you have any injuries or health concerns, please take appropriate precautions.

5. Children & Family Tickets

Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.

Some sessions may not be suitable for children unless specified.

6. Photography & Media

Photography and video may be taken throughout the event for promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to being included in any content unless you notify the team on arrival.

7. Event Access

Your ticket includes:

• Full day access to the event
• Access to all sessions (no booking required)
• Entry to the lavender fields included

Please bring your ticket confirmation on the day.
