About Rebecca
Rebecca Lisewski is a passionate and powerful yoga teacher with over 300 hours of training under her belt, including advanced studies in trauma-informed yoga, the magic of Mudra, and intelligent strength drills that help students build toward jump backs, handstands, and powerful transitions. She also holds a 50-hour certification in Yoga for Cancer with the incredible Vicky Fox, allowing her to hold compassionate space for those experiencing illness or recovery.
Before stepping fully into the world of yoga, Rebecca spent 25+ years working as a professional performer in West End musicals—yes, the actual West End! Most recently, she played a starring role in Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, bringing glamour, grit, and storytelling to life on stage. That same theatrical flair now finds its way into her teaching style, where movement becomes a performance of presence, breath, and authenticity.
Her background in Rocket, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga adds dynamic structure to her flows, while her understanding of mindful movement and emotional intelligence brings depth and purpose to each sequence. She believes yoga should be bold, honest, and full of feeling—so whether you’re laughing, shaking, or finding stillness, every class offers a unique invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Rebecca’s Yoga Teaching
Rebecca’s teaching style is fierce, feisty, and full of flavour. You can expect creative sequences, strong alignment cues, and the kind of encouragement that gets you trying things you didn’t think were possible. Whether she’s guiding you through a sweaty Rocket Flow or a slow-burn Vinyasa, Rebecca’s classes help build resilience in body and mind.
Her classes are rooted in intention, but she never takes herself too seriously—expect the occasional giggle, a fiery playlist, and lots of encouragement to move in a way that feels authentic to you. She welcomes students of all levels and provides clear variations for different abilities. With her background in performance, you’ll feel held, inspired, and just a little bit braver every time you step on the mat.
Rebecca is passionate about making yoga inclusive, empowering, and sustainable, and she loves supporting students on their journey—whether that’s building strength, managing stress, or simply carving out time to reconnect.
