Meet Nadine Baier
Meet Nadine Baier
A positive, energetic and encouraging yoga teacher, Nadine brings together strong, dynamic movement with moments of stillness and release. Her classes are playful and uplifting, helping you build strength, find focus and enjoy the challenge, while remembering that sometimes the most important part of practice is simply slowing down.
Originally from Berlin, Nadine discovered yoga in her early twenties and has been practising for more than a decade. Through different chapters of life, demanding work and even a few running injuries, yoga became the constant that helped her look after both her body and mind.
After spending nearly ten years working within the fast-paced financial sector, Nadine knows firsthand what it feels like to juggle pressure, busy schedules and a brain that doesn’t always want to switch off. Over time, she began intentionally creating more balance in her life, with movement, time outdoors and yoga becoming an essential part of how she resets.
After living in seven different countries, Nadine moved to London in 2017 before more recently making Biggleswade home, swapping a little of the London rush for more space, nature and a slightly slower pace of life.
Alongside teaching yoga, Nadine works in sustainability, helping businesses within the financial sector reduce their environmental and social impact and use their influence for positive change.
Outside of work and yoga, she is happiest moving and being outdoors. Whether that’s walking, hiking, running, cycling, dancing or swimming, preferably followed by a sauna, good company and a great book.
After more than a decade of personal practice, Nadine completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with WEDOYOGA in 2026.
Her teaching is rooted in the idea of yoga as a moving meditation: an opportunity to get out of your head, reconnect with your body and become completely absorbed in movement and breath. Expect classes that are dynamic, strong and playful, balanced with space to slow down, breathe and let everything settle.
Nadine encourages students to find joy in movement rather than becoming caught up in achieving the “perfect” pose. For her, yoga is about far more than what happens physically on the mat. It’s a way to build resilience, strength and confidence, find balance and develop a deeper connection with yourself.
Her classes are designed to feel welcoming and empowering whatever your age, experience or ability. You’ll be encouraged to explore what your body can do, challenge yourself when it feels right and leave feeling stronger, lighter and a little more grounded.
And what’s next? Nadine would love to train in Rocket Yoga, bringing even more of that energetic, playful movement into her teaching.
