Meet Lucy Sharman

Say hello to Lucy, your local yoga teacher from Baldock! Her classes are heartfelt, grounding, and full of real-life experience—perfect whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. Expect mindful movement, thoughtful sequencing, and a warm, welcoming space where you can build strength, balance, and inner calm.

About Lucy

Meet Lucy—a down-to-earth, health-loving yoga teacher, mum of two, and soon-to-be Nannie! Since her teenage years, Lucy has been passionate about all things health and fitness. Whether it was Pilates, spin, barre, or weight training, movement has always been part of her life. But it was yoga that truly transformed her journey. After first trying yoga over a decade ago, she began a dedicated daily practice in February 2022 at WEDOYOGA, and everything changed from there.

When Lucy’s not teaching yoga, she’s running a successful fencing and landscaping company with her husband Lee, which has been thriving since 2005. She’s also a former beauty therapist and celebrity manicurist/pedicurist with 12 years of industry experience—so yes, she knows a thing or two about detail and care!

You’ll often find her enjoying a crime documentary with her rescue cat, Catty, sipping on an oat milk cappuccino (no chocolate please!) or fuelling up with a “Sleepless in Seattle” vegan protein shake from Yogi Bowls. Oh, and did we mention her homemade protein balls were once featured in a cookbook?

Lucy’s favourite place on earth? Ibiza—where she fell in love in 1996 and where she experienced one of her most memorable yoga moments: a sunrise practice on the beach at the Beachhouse in 2023.

Lucy's Yoga Teaching

Lucy teaches from the heart. Her classes are rooted in personal experience, blending mindful movement with breath awareness, alignment, and an inclusive energy that welcomes every body and every journey.

Whether you’re brand new to the mat or returning after a break, Lucy meets you exactly where you are. Her teaching is about creating space—for presence, for progress, and for peace. Expect a balance of strength and softness, and always a focus on alignment, intention, and connection.

For Lucy, yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a path back to herself, and she teaches to share that gift with others. Her mission? To help students feel supported, seen, and inspired to grow inside and out.

Qualifications: 200hr RYT Yoga Instructor.
