Meet Livia Marin

A grounded, creative and intuitive yoga teacher, Livia blends mindful movement, expressive sequencing and thoughtful moments of stillness to create classes that feel good in both body and mind. Expect a welcoming space to move, breathe, explore and reconnect, without pressure or perfection.

About Livia

Livia first discovered Hatha Yoga as a teenager, turning to the practice as a way to manage stress and anxiety. She quickly fell in love with not only the physical practice of yoga, but also the philosophy and sense of calm it brought into everyday life.

Over the years, her own practice has evolved from fast-paced, sweat-inducing Vinyasa to a much broader appreciation of yoga, including the slower and more restorative qualities of Yin and Restorative practices. After more than a decade of practising, Livia decided to complete her yoga teacher training and share the tools that had become such an important part of her own life.

That doesn’t mean she has lost her love of a challenge, though. Livia still loves working towards a new peak pose and exploring what the body is capable of.

Alongside teaching yoga, Livia works as an Art Director across film, television and commercial productions. Her creative background, eye for detail and love of storytelling naturally find their way into the way she builds and sequences her classes.

Livia's Yoga Teaching

At WEDOYOGA, Livia teaches Vinyasa and Gentle Flow classes, combining creative movement with a strong focus on mobility, nervous-system regulation and building a practice that supports the body for the long term.

Her classes encourage you to move with curiosity rather than chasing perfection. Expect thoughtful sequencing, attention to alignment, breathwork and elements of yoga philosophy, all woven together in a way that feels accessible and relevant to real life.

Livia also loves exploring the more sensory side of yoga, occasionally incorporating elements such as aromatherapy and sound to help students slow down, switch off from the outside world and become more present in their practice.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after some time away or looking to deepen an existing practice, Livia creates a welcoming space to explore movement at your own pace.

Looking to the future, Livia is particularly passionate about helping teenagers discover yoga and the tools it can offer for managing anxiety, building confidence and creating a healthier relationship with their minds and bodies.

Qualifications: 200hr Vinyasa Yoga (WEDOYOGA)
