Online Guest Teacher Series This May At WEDOYOGA

This May, WEDOYOGA is working with teachers from around the UK & USA to bring y'all a very special FREE class.

This Sunday, Melissa Ribaudo from youareyoga will be teaching a 60 minute Slow Flow class from 3-4pm! We are so excited for this class, we met Melissa last year when she taught for the WEDOYOGA Summer Festival and she is such a lovely soul! Melissa lives in London so this is an amazing time to practice with her and try a new teacher!

In Melissa’s classes, she loves to combine creative playful sequencing and a spirit of playfulness with a non-judgemental style and compassion-centred philosophy. She focuses on breath to movement, awareness of the body and alignment, whilst creating a challenge to inspire you to deepen your practice. 

Melissa encourages mindful movement through the asanas (postures), reminders to take rest when you need to and to giggle when you fall over. Using pranayama (breath) techniques and connection with the self, you will be sure to find balance and unity between the breath, body and mind.
