Meet Lizzie Bryant

Lizzie is a local yoga teacher in Letchworth, who enjoys teaching fun, dynamic classesto explore the practice, learning about their individual anatomy, the power of their breath and the nature of their mind.

About Lizzie

Lizzie was born and raised in Pirton (near Hitchin) and recently moved to Letchworth following 12 years spent living all over London.

Lizzie was drawn to yoga after university, when dealing with the pressures of a new career in the busy world of corporate recruitment. Her personal practice over the last 15 years has helped her to stay grounded and focused, giving her a break from the stresses of the 9-5 grind.

Lizzie’s passion for movement is rooted in a lifelong interest in exercise as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. For Lizzie, yoga is much more than a physical practice; it’s a way for students to experience themselves and the world around them with more presence and awareness, whilst benefiting from increases in both strength and flexibility.

Lizzie's Yoga Teaching

In line with her personality, Lizzie’s classes combine a powerful, yet nurturing energy with a fun, mischievous side. Her teaching is based on the four elements - Earth, Water, Fire and Air – each having their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles. Lizzie’s classes are accessible for any level of yogi and she has extensive experience teaching in studios, as well as with corporate, private and sports team clients.

Lizzie wants her classes to reach all levels, bodies and minds. No matter how experienced you are, in this class you can expect to sweat your way through to savasana feeling strong, stretchy and still.

Since completing her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2018 with YogaLondon, she’s gone on to complete a further 20 hours of advanced teacher training in Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People.

Qualifications: RYT 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher Training
