Yogi Thanksgiving Day Retreat - Sunday 22nd November 2020

Energise your body, clear your mind and focus on all you have to be thankful for with this Yogi Thanksgiving Day Retreat!

Throughout this day long retreat, we learn to prepare for the holiday season by exploring our heart energy, focusing on all there is to be thankful for and learning to create the right mind-set for a happy, peaceful and celebratory time.
Acknowledging what you’re thankful for can lead to a happier and healthier life. Like gratitude, yoga helps us lead a healthier life too. Combining the physical and mental awareness that comes from a regular practice can help you feel gratitude toward yourself, others and your body. So come along, open your heart with a day full of gratitude, asanas, yummy food and kick off the holiday season with a clear mind and full heart.

Retreat schedule: 11:00am – 4:30pm

  • 11:00am: Morning Meet & Greet with teas 
  • 11:15am – 12:30pm: Open your heart and find gratitude with a thankful yoga practice
  • Mini Break – 15 minute break where winter juice shots and energy balls will be provided
  • 12:45pm – 1:45pm: Embrace your essence and find self-confidence
  • 1:45pm – 2:45pm: Vegetarian Thanksgiving Lunch with tasty dessert!
  • 3pm – 4:00pm:Restorative Yin practice for cultivating gratitude with Aminta
  • 4:00pm – 4:30pm: Grounding Meditation to seal the day

This day retreats is a fantastic and fun way to learn more about giving thanks and how you can become more in tune with gratitude, helping to create a more energised, connected and happy YOU!

Reflect & Grow Day Retreat - Saturday 12th December 2020

This full-day yoga retreat is about connecting deeply to your true self, reflecting and embracing growth and change over this year and before we head into 2021. A day retreat is the perfect mini getaway allowing you to get the most of some precious ‘me time’. So come along and escape to a day full of self love, asanas and yummy food.

Retreat schedule: 11am – 4:45pm

  • 11am: Morning Meet & Greet 
  • 11:15am – 12:30 pm: Increases mindfulness, open the body and find gratitude with a self-love practice
  • 12:45pm – 1:45pm: Let go of the ego & grow through challenges with a fun creative practice
  • 1:45 – 2:45pm: Organically & locally-sourced vegan lunch with juices, herbal teas and yummy desserts.
  • 3pm – 4pm:Strengthening the patience muscle - A Yin practice
  • 4pm – 4:45pm: Self Love guided meditation followed by Yoga Nidra

This day retreat is a chance to withdraw from the stresses and strains of everyday life, energise your body and focus on you in a beautiful and quiet space, allowing you to reflect, relax and grow.
