About This Workshop
The Restorative Yoga for Injury Workshop will begin with an open and compassionate discussion about injuries and their impact on our lives. We'll create a safe space to share experiences, concerns, and intentions for the workshop.
Our instructor will then guide you through a gentle warm-up to prepare your body for the restorative practice ahead. We'll explore various restorative yoga poses that focus on releasing tension, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be used to support your body in each pose, allowing you to fully surrender and experience deep relaxation.
