Online: 'Full Moon Release' Workshop

Join Carly for a peaceful Full Moon workshop including a guided meditation, journaling prompts, a yoga flow + intention setting.
The appearance of a full moon symbolises the time of the month where energy peaks, and then releases—something that writer Ariana Palmieri calls “a cosmic sigh.” This means that a full moon is the perfect time to let go of negativity which we will do through the power of forgiveness. In this way, you will prepare yourself for a new chapter, just as a full moon gives way to a new moon.

Online: 'Breaking Down Yoga Poses'

Comprehensive workshop learning correct technique, precision, adjustments, alignment, movement, form and essence.

Join Roselle in deconstructing Sun Salutations, Standing Poses + Seated Poses! This series of workshops focuses on correct alignment in the poses, which is especially important as our practice has moved online. In this first workshop we will be focusing on Sun Salutation A and B, including: chaturanga, upward dog, downward dog and Warrior 1, along with a few key standing and seated poses. We will look at variations of the poses and how to use props to your advantage. There will be time to ask questions and get individual help on what is right for you, so that you can practice safely at home!

Online: Beginner’s Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop 

Saturday 13th March 2021 2 - 4 PM

Let’s get upside down!

Inversions are not only incredibly good for uplifting your mood but they show a sense of growth and progress in your own yoga practice. They can be a bit scary and knowing how to get into inversions and arm balances can seem like a mystery but don’t worry!

In this workshop, we will learn everything you need to know to turn your practice upside down and find your balance. We will learn the techniques to start to bring into your practice and how to build strength during a normal class practice while learning how to face your fear of going upside down. Find out how to build into crow, flying pigeon, headstand, pincha and a few more hand balances safely and with confidences.

Online: 'Self Care Sundays' - Yin + Yoga Nidra

Join us for our Self Care Sundays series! Once a month we will be offering this Yin + Meditation or Yin + Yoga Nidra workshop to give back to yourself!


This Yin + Yoga Nidra workshop will help you to practice the art of letting go. Letting go of things that your subconsciously holding onto, things that don’t serve you both physically and emotionally. 

We will start with a 90 minute yin yoga sequence to help you to let go and release. It’s about peeling away all the emotions, fears and judgments you have buried deep inside yourself. It’s connecting to what’s really true. So roll out your mat and get ready for some serious self care! Then we will finish with a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra.
