Join Lucy in this workshop that is designed to celebrate Mother’s Day! Yoga + Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can be used to strengthen bonds, connect to yourself and connect as a family! So use this opportunity to give (and receive) the best gift this Mother’s Day. We’ll explore and move through Yoga postures in a creative and fun way, engage in activities and crafts centred around mindfulness, explore breath work, and relax with meditation (that’s the best bit, right Mums?). You can expect music, movement and energy which you will create together.
*No previous yoga experience is needed – just bring yourself! Yoga mats and props will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement.
