Morning Session 


10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Welcome and Introductions
Start the day by welcoming the moms and setting a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Allow the participants to introduce themselves, share their intentions for the day, and any specific goals they have for their practice.

10:30 AM - 11:45 AM: Yoga Class
Begin with a gentle and rejuvenating yoga class suitable for all levels. Focus on poses that help release tension and stress, with emphasis on breathing and mindfulness. Encourage participants to connect with their bodies and breath during the practice.

11:45 AM - 12:00 AM: Short Break
Provide light snacks and refreshments, such as fruit-infused water, herbal teas, and healthy bites.

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Pranayama Session
Lead the moms through a pranayama (breathwork) session. Teach them different breathing techniques to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and boost energy levels. Emphasize the importance of breath in daily life and managing stress.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Journaling and Self-Reflection
Provide each mom with a journal and encourage them to spend some time reflecting on their emotions, thoughts, and experiences during the retreat. Offer guiding prompts to help them explore their feelings, gratitude, and aspirations.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Healthy Lunch
Serve a delicious and nourishing lunch with options for different dietary preferences. Make sure to include fresh salads, wholesome grains, and protein sources.

Afternoon Session


2:30 PM - 3:45 PM: Restorative Yoga
Lead a restorative yoga class focusing on deep relaxation and restoration. Use props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the moms in gentle, long-held poses. This session will help them feel rejuvenated and at ease.

3:45 PM - 4:00 PM: Tea Break
Offer a selection of calming herbal teas and light snacks to recharge.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Guided Meditation and Visualization
Lead the moms through a guided meditation and visualization exercise. Encourage them to let go of any remaining tension and cultivate a sense of inner peace and clarity.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Closing Circle
Gather everyone for a closing circle to share their experiences and insights from the day. Provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for each mom to express themselves if they wish to.
