About This Retreat
The Full Day Yoga Retreat will start with an energizing vinyasa flow session, awakening your body and invigorating your senses. You'll move through a dynamic sequence of poses, synchronizing breath with movement and building strength, flexibility, and balance.
After the vinyasa flow, a refreshing morning snack will be provided, allowing you to refuel and recharge. You'll then gather for a guided meditation, creating a space for inner reflection, relaxation, and grounding.
Following the meditation, a nutritious and delicious lunch will be served, providing nourishment for your body and mind.
In the afternoon, you'll participate in a yoga activity that promotes connection, creativity, and exploration. This could include journaling, or any activity that inspires a deeper connection with yourself and others.
As the day progresses, you'll transition into a soothing yin yoga session, allowing you to surrender to stillness, release tension, and restore balance in the body and mind. The yin practice will be followed by a Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Meditation session, where you'll experience deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and a profound sense of inner peace.
The retreat will conclude with a closing circle, providing an opportunity to share your experiences, insights, and intentions moving forward.
