About This Workshop
The Embracing the Seasons - Transitioning from Fall to Winter (Yin/Yang) workshop will begin with a brief discussion on the qualities of fall and winter and their significance in our lives. You'll be guided through a centering practice to connect with the present moment and set your intentions for the workshop.
